The service provides 1-8 sessions for people struggling with:
Who Is Eligible? Any employee or dependent family member is covered at no charge. The plan does not cover retirees or their family members. Confidentiality? State and federal confidentiality laws protect the counseling you receive.
Your counselor is not permitted to speak to anyone about you or your family without your written permission.

What If I Need More?
Sometimes individuals need more assistance than can be delivered in 1-8 sessions. If this is your situation your counselor will help you contact your insurance provider and assist you in locating a counselor that is covered by your insurance plan.
Appointment Times? Non-crisis appointments may be scheduled at various times to be compatible with your work schedule. If you work shifts, let us know when you call for your first appointment.
